Abusive and dangerous people use psychological tactics to deceive you and to cloud your perception. In this seminar you will learn to recognize and respond to these deceptive tactics.

  • Learn to recognize the most subtle of threats and manipulation
  • Learn how to effectively and safely respond to threats
  • Identify the structure of social/emotional pressure
  • Learn how to not be overwhelmed by fear, obligation, and guilt
  • Learn how to value yourself and how to establish healthy boundaries

We will be analyzing real life scenarios and criminal cases to better understand what went wrong and how to prevent interpersonal violence.
